After nearly 2 weeks and spending nearly 13500$ to be D.O.T. approved.I finally could start prep my 41m and today i pumped my first footing with it.this morning i open all elbows.grease a the boom,did some plumbing works.I went pumping a small footing(10m). |

the other message is i need to replace my hydrolic filter but any tip on this one???
Next week i ll post picture of my 41m all clean up and all 8 wheels buffed!!!! |

the prox switch is the one that is mounted at the shift cylinder for the rock valve, before replacing the switch, clean it up real good, it may start working again. the fault code for the hyd. filter should specifiy if it is the filter for the concrete pump or the boom, anyway if you dont know when these filters were changed last, replace them both.
if you have a fault code for the cp hyd. filter, unscrew the switch, you may have a short inside the switch, tht is a common problem (this switch is located at behind the oil cooler) |

Ti-so: Hook your horn back up! If your warning horn goes off, push the enable switch on the remote twice. It will stop. If you're at the panel when it goes off, push "quit" twice, it will go off! I'm sure you'd rather deal with the warning horn, than the consequences of it not working when you need it! |

yeah i reconnected it,i ll solve the problem tomorrow .I order my new filters and i ll look at the prox switch and clean it.Thank you GBOOM and you to Mudslinger

Maybe dumb i am,but i didn t see the hydro oil filling cap.I found all the filters element and the big cap with allen bolt on.I didn t investigate much on that yet but tomorrow ...
