Check the resistance and plug on the coils to main pumps, the output fault is main pump 2.1. These are the coils on the HDC Controler on the side of the pump |

Thank you for help ,we checked the two coils for the main pump which is fixed on the main pump and we found that they have the same resistance like the new one all of them 24 ohm. And we checked all of the other coils for the agitator and water pump and stroke switching all of the ok .but we found that this problem occur when the operator is pumping and after he is pumping about 40 m3 then it will start to flash .once he try to remove the concrete and empty the hopper it will work again normally. and also when we tried to skip this fault and to run the pump in the emergency mode we found that the proximity switch fault led will flash. Also when you try the pump when it is empty it will work normally .this is problem is happening when pumping concrete. I read an article on google about the output current monitor for concrete pumps. http://www.google.com/patents/US8403649 .is a clog in the line can cause this. We are planning to test the pump on site but we will be prepared in case of failures so we can get more info about this fault. |

Testing at the coil is good. Did you test them Hot, they can breakdown when hot and test good in shop. another test is to unplug from motherboard and test the coil resistance through the wires , you could have a plug loose or bad or a short from wire to the frame. i confirmed with Germany and this code is connected to the pump coil circuit please let me know what you find . |

thanks for your support .we checked all the sockets and we cleaned them with contact cleaner after this we didn't have this problem again.now the pump running daily from one week ago without any troubles.may be it was a loose or bad connection.we have 7 putzmiester pumps since 6 years and this was the first time we had this fault. |
