Looks like that 40m was short rigged on the right rear.. But still quite scary that it goes right thrue the floor like that. He had quite some dunnage under it. Maybe an example of when you short rigg the 'arm' gets smaller so the pressure on the outrigger increases by quite a large factor... |

In the one pic before accident it looks like the r/r is deployed fully.When looking at L/R outrigger appears about 10' away from pads.That would indicate the pump just might have walked on riggers.If one backed the pump till L/R was on pad,looks like fully deployed on working side. Just an observation |

Yea, with the way the pad on the R/R is flipped up in the hole, it looks like the outrigger walked off the pad. |

if that's a 46/47 meter Putz. (which it sure looks to be), the rear outrigger is shortrigged by a mile..... |
