Hahaha, some buildingplaces i pump to, is working like that. There is a lot of shoemakers in buildingbusiness - at least in Sweden....And i´m sorry to say that every buildingplace i´ve seen that works like that, has workers from Poland, Russia...and so on.. Never that a real Swedish workingplace works like that. Swedish buildingworkers are extremly lazy (and never get 1 minute late for a break - but allways 20 minutes late back to work) but they do their work with an pressition nearly to germans exactlyness. No harm to people from Poland and Russia - but i can only tell what i see every week sins many years ago. And in Sweden we allways use the German country as a reference for extreemly exactly perfect doned precision-job in all categoryes. That´s why Putzmeister is Putzmeister. |

Haha.. Its funny to see these culture differances. I just had to sit along with a new opperator. He is Polish. He had been driving a pump already for some years so I was only with him to show him a bit how it works with our customers. He was a great pumper specialy at all the sites where there was polish workers but you can see the difference. He just put a full 5'' endhose right on top of the shoulder of one of these polish guys like I was thinking he would brake in half.. But the guy was not even blinking or looking up!! Polish guys are much stronger than Norwegians I guess. I had to explain him he could not do that to a norwegian worker.. The would need medical help if he would do that LOL |
