Had an awesome expereince at Alliance today. I'm fortunate enough to be local and was short a 2.5 inch hose for my morning job. Phoned Keith Goodkeye and he had one, with a clamp on the job site within a half hour. Keith is by far one of the best customer service Guys I've ever dealt with and in my opinion the best part of my Alliance experience. If ever you're shopping give Keith a try!!

I have dealt with Keith for about six years now. I find one of the biggest pluses of dealing with a guy like Keith is he's been where we have. He was running pump when I was still in diapers and understands what we go through every day. I am finding that piece less and less in the pumping industry.

You buy your first pump because of the salesman; you buy any follow on machines because of the service.

I run an alliance pump now and have nothing but good things to say about it after three months. They seem to pride themselves on service!! As an operator you have got to love that when you have a problem you can get them on the phone.
