I asume its totaly hard? Take them in a plane.. Go to 35.000 foot and drop them on a 3m thick concrete floor. Repeat untill they are empty.

If not totaly hard. So today.... Go in them with a very powerfull water hose. Maybe strap the hose to a hard stick so you can push it all the way agains the concrete... It might take long but its the best way i think...

Wow,now that's a delema.Had that happen on a 55m and we used a coring bit and air chisel (hopper removed).I won't say we came out unscaved, cylinders got damaged.I'm hearing good things about the pressure washer deal.Might look at Putz website about it,I wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy.

Good luck, please let us know about the outcome

Yep, the pressure washer is your best bet.  There should be a company close to where you live that has a hi-pressure washer ...up to 35,000 psi or somewhere in there, that can cut it out without damage to the chrome.

Otherwise, you can replace them and let the hardend cylinders lay for 6 months or so.  The concrete will shrink and you can take it out then.

First I would fine the fellow that left mud in the pump and use his head as a hammer, then after that fails pull the mud cups and the hopper and like many say's get a 2 inch coring bit and start drilling in the center till you can't go any farther then use a chisel break out the cored part then drill some more, maybe a 10,000 psi pressure would work just wear a face shield and gloves. If all else fails buy new cylinders.

I almost can't believe its worth the trouble of getting it out. They will be probably be damaged as well. Just get some new ones mate!!! And look if the plan of letting them rest for 6 months works.. I'm sceptic but if they say it works.. Who am I to say it doesn't...

there are times even when the concrete gets hard you can do this PULL YOUR MUD CUPS HOOK UP ANOUTHER PUMP TO YOUR OUTLET AND PUMP WATER DONT BE GENTAL YOU GOTA PUSH!!! ONCE YOU BRAKE THE SEAL YOUVE GOT IT MADE ITS EASER GETING IT OUT OF THE WATTER BOX THAN HAVING TO CORE DRILL. IV DONE THIS ON A FEW BOOM PUMPS. YOU CAN DO THE SAME WITH PIPE USING YOUR BLOW OUT CAP AND A PRESSUR WASHER ATACHED TO IT.  CONCRETE NATURLY SHRINKS A BIT WHEN IT HARDENS. SO YOU MIGHT GET LUCKY. EASY THING TO TRY BEFOR YOU HAVE TO TARE IT ALL APART TO DRILL AND CHIP.

How is it going?? Will you keep us posted about your progression? Just got an other idea.. You can put them in the freezer... The concrete will shrink a bit more than the steel.. ;-)
