What is wrong is the main section hydraulic ram happens to be fully extended and swinging free next to the passenger door! What happened with this unit any way? Did a weld fail on the rod end pin boss? It obviously happened while the boom was almost "A"framed, that thing had to have come down awful hard, You can see that the cab is crunched so it must have went over?

Too little support under outriggers. Mud won't hold up pump and hopefully nobody got hurt. Not good for our insurance rates. |

This was an operator error. The company new the pump was going to get repoed so they were out pumping as much slabs as they could for next to nothing. The operator got in a hurry and short rigged the pump in very soft dirt. It rained the night before this happened. The company left it their and the contractor called the manufacture and told them were the pump was. It was left on the jobsite for a few days until the repo company found it. Im not sure who cut the boom up. This happened about a year ago. |

want2pump, the boom was cut the day of the accident and yes they were about to be repoed I had a theory this was done on purpose due to the destruction of the machine, but the boom was cut to uprite the truck by the man in charge of the pumps and the wrecker company they unpinned the main cylinder crushing the cab, like I said I do believe this was no accident ,the oil pan was busted so they couldnt run the motor |
