There are two ways to look at a work slow down.

1. Pump cheap and ger all the work you can cover.

2. Treat it as a disruption of the supply chain and either stay at, or increase the price.

In a pumpers supply chain the customer is the "product" when the supply is diminished the price needs to go up!
