Well I went and did a set of short walls for a medium sized barn in East Machias last thursday. I had to run the truck with the cord on the remote ( Irving talked my guys through programming it to work). I was able to get the job done but I don't caare for dragging the cord around. It snags alot and I worry about kinking it or something worse. Irving wants us to ship the whole remote and reciever to them , but the boss is reluctant because the truck is down as long as the remote is gone. Understandable I guess. He wants to try to contact Cifa and try to get some answers from them.. we are still waiting to se if he can. But I'm getting some work done even if it is the hard way.

That cord is like a dream compared to the fckn cable Putz uses even on their newest trucks. Maybe its a muliple purpous cable. You can also use it to tow he pump when you brake down. And than you don't even get proportional remote Yell

Yeah It seems pretty thin to me but I've never had to deal with one before... spoiled I guess, but at least it is still proportional.

At least it is not the old reel that schwing uses

I once had to break out the cord reel on my 61 while pumping on too of the hydro dam. Took every bit of cord just to get to the top 95' from the ground and I was still 100' from point of placement. You're not lying about it being a pain!
