We 2005 40 m that we can only use back control panel wen the remote is booted up. Is this how all concords are? Seems ta me u should be able ta use back panel to turn pump on off in case remote goes haywire. I have reason to believe wiring is messed up . Thanks |

That sounds right. If there is no signal from the remote, either wireless or wired, then all electrical functions should be disabled and only hand valves and manual pump vavles are active. |

I got a 2004 38z a couple months ago and all I can do with the rear panel is turn the hydraulic cooler fan off and on and honk the horn
. Something I will have to address. |

I'm pretty sure without Remote connection of some kind , wireless or corded, you will not be able to operate anything except those 2 functions, hyd oil cooler fan and horn, because you will have no accumulator pressure without the remote powered. I suppose you could figure a way to by pass and have accumulator charged all the time but then you loose the safety feature of the pump shutting down in the event of lose of signal or dead battery. Would not be to good if you were pumping away and didn't realize your remote was dead and you need to shut pump off in a hurry and nothing happended. |
