I called a new supplier yesterday...three times. Each time I got a recording telling me to enter the extension number of the person I was trying to get a hold of, (which I didn't know) or stay on the line. The 3rd time I called back I waited on the line and eventually the next recording said the person I was waiting for was not available, please leave a message...so, checking out another supplier today.
