The texting service is currently not sending messages out due to issues with the service suppliers. The service supplies are aware of the problem and are currently working on resolving it. We will provide an update once the issue is resolved.

Please note: If you are using our mobile app, RapidOnTheGo!, it is not affected and the operators will receive their jobs on it.
