I THINK THE GOV OUGHT TO RESTRUCTURE CREDIT,THINGS LIKE CARS AND HOUSES SHOULD BE AN EQUAL RATE THEY ARE NECESTITIES

dont know how u guys feel about the president elect and im not one for politics but i was reading the sunday paper  and i hope what hes proposing goes though, something along the lines of public works that hasent been seen since the 50's the begining of the                                highwaysystem ,bridges,freeways and stuff like that, sounds like alot of concrete to be pumped and hopefully i can go union

Highwaysystems, bridges, freeways etc. Thats what "infrastructure" is. All of the above is a better plan than giving $$$ to individuals or a stimulous that only gets spent on paying debt and bills. I'll take the hours on a pay check over (1) anual check any day. Something also needs to be done about the money and wages that get earned in this country but sent back to another. I believe there is no longer such a thing as "jobs that Americans dont want" or "wont do". The little bit of work and projects that are still out there, The American citizens should have priority to work on. Imigration should frequent the work place more often and work visas should be temporarily suspended in times like these. That would provide alot more jobs for actual citizens that spend our money here in our own country!

Notice how the term "economy size" has changed from really BIG to compact and handy, (really small)???

If the infastructure fails then everything will collapse around it.You will see increased spending like they did long ago,it worked then.It will take the new administration some time but it will work.

After reading the comments it got me thinking about what's going on for the everyday man/woman.The stat's are a sign of the times.
