Just curious who the evil empire would be.  I know that a lot of us has been begging for a certain company to open up in our area.  Why?  There is only one company that is employee owned.  All the managers, many salesman, some operators and office personnel are the owners of that company.  The founders are retired and gone.  Everyone who owns and runs that company started from the bottom and worked their way up and were rewarded with an ownership position.  In my research I have not found any other company that affords everyone the chance to better themselves more then they do.  Most companies have the carrot on the string method to keep their emplyees.  One company actually offered me \"stock\" but I could not sell it, or be paid for it if I left the company for any reason.  The only way it would be redeemed is if that company was sold.

From what I have read the only people who do not like this company are those that were terminated and have an ax to grind. 

So who is the evil empire?  What company has the most loyal employees?  What company has the only full time safety department?  What company has the only documented in depth training program?  What company takes care of its people by insuring they all have health care coverage and retirement?   Given all that they do for their employees I know they are not the evil empire.

So who is the evil empire?

Art, Hmmmmm great question.  I really don\'t know but would assume the company that is employee owned.  Who is the evil empire everyone talks about?
