Hey Jaybee. Whats up with that Schwing/XGMB news from Germany? Anything new?

According to the German Financial Times Schwing is going to be taken over by XGMB soon.   Schwing also fires 156 more employees. They do participate in some kind of social plan for the guys that loose their jobs.
