are you talking about the ladder on my pass. /rear outrigger ? If so, its a quick detach ladder so you can put fuel in the outrigger. Came Like that from the factory.

 the General is Cahill, Dolan doing the place & finish. I believe I was told 35 stories, there is also a second faze , so we will be putting up one more placing boom.
