The man running the hose is Preston Burns Jr, He was killed a few years back while washing his bull float and stood it up into a power line

I've often wondered why there's not a warning label on bullfloat handles in regards to power lines? I've pointed that out to alot of finishers, especially the ones on the 2nd & 3rd floor pours. They should all have a fiberglass handle to put on the end. An old boy got killed the same way up here years ago?
