I purchased this pump knowing it needed some work. Thought it might be a Putz. I have sent photos to all the main manufacturerers and they all deny that it is theirs. There is no ID on it of any kind except "western equipment" on the operators panel. Western equip. denies ownership. The unit has a watercooled 140 HP deutz hooked to a german built rexroth pump. ID plate on pump has a manufacture date of 10/1997. The running boards may have been added by a previous owner.Original color looks to be deep green. See pics. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, JED |

UPDATE.... Don Carlson from Washington ID'ed the unit as a 3050 Warrior shotcrete unit and sent me a operators manual. Great guy, I recommend him for sales (buy or sell) 360-513-3413 |

Don's right. I forgot Warrior pumps are built by Western Shotcrete Equipment. That pump was built right in the SF Valley. |

Ron is correct in the Western Pump brand. However, I believe around that time Western were buying Tomkatt cells from Putzmeister, which in turn ... at that period Putzmeister was using Transcrete Sidewinder hopper parts from the Thomsen buyout. Most likely Transcrete Trojan hopper parts will fit that hopper. Again, Try Transcrete America in Los Angeles. |
