Lost pressure only made 300psi +a lot of heat + noise out of main pump replaced it with a brand new one still not making any pressure and when I turn the 1/4 turn valve it does not lock it out it keeps stroking any ideas or know of someone in the Portland Oregon area who is good with working on  pumps?

Why did you replace the pump in the first place? Have you checked your pressure reliefs? Any components getting really hot? The p305 has a very simple hyd. system, any hydraulic shop should be able to troubleshoot this. The 305 js a rea

When it first happened I called Schwing and I was told if it would not pressure up then the pump was shot. After talking to them again and getting some help from a local shop it turn out just being the relief valve was shot I had pulled it out and made sure it was not stuck open but did not know how much pressure it should take to open it

your main pressure relief should be set to 2900psi, standby pressure for your pump is 200psi, and pressure cutout for the pump is set to 2500psi. be sure to set the accumulator gas pressure to 400psi.  I can email you the complete schematic, send me a PM
