I think refurbishing is where it is at! Do you know what their cost was to rebuild compared to a new purchase?

Nice looking 3000 you've got there... I just pulled our 3000 (fondly refered to as "Old Smokey") off of a job today... Will be delivering our 2nd 8000 out next week (there's nothing like firing up those 2 big diesels on a highrise job at 500am) as well as our 8800 to the Bellevue Towers project just east of Seattle. One of these days I'll figure out how to post some photos of our highrise projects...

Big Tobacco,

It would be GREAT if you could post some pic's of some high rise work! I was impressed with The Cat's 63, Holy SH#! that is Big Time! To see that MONSTER TRAILER in action would be a treat!

Ya know I made a couple of appearences in DC when Parini construction did the last vacant piece of land in the federal triangle.Batch plant in basement,a 12 yard remixer and a 8000 electric pumping.I swear the whitehouse light dimmed when you fired that puppy up.Longest push I believe was 1250 ft to 42m placing boom (yuk) and I seem to remember 28 holes for 28m boom.Last I saw of it was taking it from Seattle to SLC converted to diesel. That was one pipe bustin machine.
