Hoisting Study Guide?

Does anyone know of a study guide for a Hoisting License? Taking the test next week and the Massachusetts website doesn't give much information on what to study, just random website that don't tell you where to look.  If anyone could help could you please let me know of a book or something I can print out?

For a pump license(4d)everything is in the operators manual.
