Must be a few new labors that are the boss's sons.  I know when I frist started on a mason crew, the mixer "broke" so I had to chop all the mud by hand, 3 bags at a time.  Then push the wheelborrel though the mud to the guys.  That freaking sucked.  After a while we got a new mixer.

I've been in the industry for just a few short months, and have gotten to learn many booms with the company I am in.  I did a mezonine for a HD equipment shop all their upstairs hallways and offices with a 32Z.  Thought I was pretty cool when they told me the last one they did the guy had the same truck and wouldnt even pull it in, they just boom'd it up to a wheel barrow.  Glad I had some great operators to help me get setup and give me my confidence!  On the downside, I seem to be doing more line jobs than others lol
