I don't and want either I'm not going to knock Sany but this is why all of our jobs have gone else where All my life I have purchased Car's and Trucks made in America my OLIN is made in the usaI would say that 99 percent of things I have had in my 63 years here were made here until NAFTA if everybody would start buying things made in America a bunch of America's would be going back to work, and if our schools would start teaching vocational rather that computer stuff, kids these days can even change there own Oil in a car, and something else if fuel prices hit 5 bucks we will have a bigger down turn.

I am with you biged but its crazy to just buy American, would not be able to have anything new or cool, computers, Ipods, I phones even dry wall for our homes are made in china.

I go buy a vacuum cleaner at my vacuum store and they want almost double what walmart wants. I would never go to walmart, never never never than times and money got tight and I love saving money by going to walmart.

I hate to say it but it is very very true, we are in a world economy now and if you only think American than we are going to lose this whole race. We must look at this global economy and see how do we fit in and how do we succeed at our goals.

Remember the American Indians, everything they did was American made and than when the world found America the Indians did not adapt well at all and now the only time you see and Indian is in a western movie or at a casino and if you go to a reservation to this day there is abject poverty.

The buy American montra is going to kill America, it is not a bad idea but it is two shallow. We needs something like "American Made" and the world sees value it in, not just us Americans.

Just my 2cents.

My point is not to bash products or companies or countries.  My point is we need to think in a much more globally, if all the world is thinking globally and we are only thinking about USA than we lose out on opportunity.

I deleted a post because they were shoing us that China has some crap products, well some of the best products in this world come from China like Ipod, Ipad and Iphone. Does not matter what country we are talking about there is good and bad. Lets not bash our brothers no matter where they live.

I can remember the old side when all we had was America China was around Japan was I remember guys say look at the Tin cans in their products, I saw something last week with Apple Computer in China 15 to 18 year old kids putting these things together for around .25 cents per hour and none of they made enough to buy one or even ever held one in their hand they had living area's for these kid,what's really sad so many of them had jumped out the windows to their death's they put net's around the building to keep they from killing there selfs.

Dear concreteluvr we do not need examples of U.S. , Chinese or any other country crewing up. This post was about Sany ads and concrete pumping not a poor us we suck at being able to be competitive in the world market. Fair happens every year in august and that's about it.

I have delete a few messages on this post. The reason why is because we Americans are starting to look like that poor kid in the school yard that gets beat up and starts crying that life is not fair.

Thanks for your understanding, let me ask you this, you want a global standard for the market place right, who should make that standard the very very trustworthy politition here in the USA? Remember life is not fair, who ever makes the rules wins. Believe it or not America is not the only ones making the rules right now. Different world we live in and many Americans don't like the new rules.
