The 41 sermac went good , john the operator does a fair bit of inside work aswell so it went well .

I moved back to let the laser screed do the last run from outside the slab while john kept pumping once I was ready to go again he packed up and washed out and I finished the job , It was one pour .......

did yous have to reach the same distance? did the 41 reach the back

It looks like it is little rebar , was it steelfibre in the mud ? If , how many kg/m3 and how long ? When do you get problems to pump mud with long steelfibre ?

just looks like a stressed slab, which doesnt need steel fibers?

Yeah its a stress cable slab no steel fibre , the mix is a 40 mpa low shrink mix 80 slump no wetter! i think thats about 3.5" slump , it gives the pressure guage a nice workout :p

We both had to reach the back, the 41 put a 10m hose on and I just reached i left my 4" drop hose on and layed it down , then changed to a 5" when I lifted up , I was pretty happy with that im not a big fan of emptying 10m of 4" hose at 4am by hand.

Pumpoholic , I played around with the hydo ramping on that machine , it helped alot Alex came to melb the first week we had it so we could play around with it and came to the conclution that the less ramping the better.
