Just wondering if there is much work in austin right now ?  And was wondering what an operator earns an hour in the austin tx ? Thinking of moving down that way in the near future. 

Shouldn't they be building a state of the art Formula 1 track out there?

The Formula 1 Race Track is in the process of being built.  The main problem is the politicians and money involved in this mess.  It was going full speed until 25 million was pulled by the State's Comptrollers office and the owners got into it.  It stopped and there was a vote by the city council, and owners decision, now it's back to business as usual.  The GC is Austin Commercial and alot of subs.  Construction in Austin is steady, but this is the winter slow down period.  We hope it'll pick back up in the spring.  If you're considering moving to this area, I'd have a job first.  Could get a job right away, then again, maybe not.
