Under the dock they will make a tunnel. The tunnel is to close to the bottom of the dock so they will put in first 26000 m³ of low strenght concrete and then 25000 m³ normal concrete with steel fibre reinforcement.

The tunnel will go partly through the low strenght concrete and the steel fibre concrete will function as a roof.

biged: I've used barchip and it's great, though it has it's disadvantages, but so has steel too.
