I think if it is the same as mine, with estop off hold in two buttons and turn on estop switch, green light should be flashing fast. Than what ever function you need to adjust hold down the + or - sign and the function you want to adjust. |

Yep, what he said. Turn the remote off. Hold both tele-teach buttons in and turn the remote on. The green light should be flashing quickly to let you know you are in tele-teach. Notice which mode you are in (rabbit or snail) because the remote has two memory programs. I usually open the side panel on the truck with the hand valves(stack valves) and watch them as I adjust each function. You want to set the min and maxes; Set the min so it engages slowly and smooth through the first quarter of travel. Set the max so that when the stick on the remote is at full travel, the stack valve is about 3 clicks(of the tele-teach button) past wide open. Setting the max seems to affect how quickly the valve moves thru the travel so if you click more + after the valve is at full travel, it'll make the proportion get to full travel faster. Hard to explain without being in front of it to show ya. I find it's best to mess with it at the end of the day so you can start fresh the next day but you'll get the hang of it! Luv those remotes! |

The old HBC's were my fav other than the few radio channel options around a lot of signals. But start off like 52z said and then redo when you are on the job with mud in the boom, it'll give you a more real time setting. The new teach batteries are like uranium at my work they won't let them leave the yard! |
