We have a 32M with the long rock kit and the harsh mix kit (the long reducer on the deck) and a 42 with the E rock. It seems that the 32 will pump harsher mixes does that long reducer make that much of a diffrence? |

Hi John, sure don't hurt.I will say a while back that we were doing a costco sog and it was a mix from mmmwell.I had my long rock 52m and could resonably pump the mix.I had to be at another pour and a e-rock 52m was sent in my place. From all reports the LR outperformed the e-rock.They used to run the harsh mix kits west of us in the mountains with very good success. |

Many, I never was the guy... but what does the guy do when the 10ft 6X5 plugs up? That puppy must weigh as much as a tip section. Several companies ran those reducers here in DryLanta and tell me that it brought down the pumping pressure, and fewer of those real fun pressure spiles in the middle of a stroke. |

Wow,installed firefox and all sorts of things happening.Yeah I can see 10ft of oh boy.My 52m had long rock with 9" cylinders, standard reducer. It was something the factory played with a longer stroke.I have to say it was impressive as the e-rock had to work at it to keep up.As for bench pressing that 10 ft reducer,Hulk Hogan used it at the gym. |

We never opt for the harsh mix kit (long deck reducer) If something jams it up you're in trouble (plus the mess all over the deck). As far as the long rock versus the e, good question we've never had problems pumping harsh mixes with either. |

In rebutal on harsh mixes. You aught to try some of the mixes in the mountains west of Denver. All the sand is man made (crushed).I told them for years it was a concrete pump not a rock crusher, crush it before the pump. |
