We are not familiar with these kind of machines here.. Just wondering what is the total weight of this truck? How much time do you use to wash it after a pour? Is it more or less efficient than a 33m concretepump if you think costs per m3 and time per m3

This machine pictured weighed 66,360 lbs (30,100 kg)

If adjusted properly, conveyor belts can clean up very easily in about 10-15 minutes after a pour. Here the operator just cleans the hopper with the on board pressure washer. Water will go up the belt and pre clean the transfer and discharge spout. Belts also have the ability to pour, rock, sand and any other aggregate type material which increases the machines utility. Horsepower requirements per m3 of material placed is generally much less than a comparable concrete pump.

Interesting. Is that a Datek remote? I have one like that on a pump here. Not to impressed by it. I loose signal a lot when another remote controled vehicle is around.

Hello Dipstick. The remote control system is not Datek. It is Scanreco, also based in Sweden.

We have had very good performance with this system so far.

That's what you call teamwork!

The teamwork is even more meaningful because there are three Oury brothers involved with this equipment.

Tom at Schwing, Peter at Loop Belt, and Leo at Somero.

Way to go brothers...rockin' it in concrete. Pumping, Placing and Finishing!!!
