Does anyone machine the wear plate or wear ring on the s-valve assembly. At $400 for a wear ring it seems cost effective to send it to a machine shop. As far as a wear plate you can turn it once, then get it machined.

thats right $370 Reed HP 30 line pumps, why not turn them, we are only talking  about 35k of an inch. Same with the ware plate turn it too. why give it away$$$$$???? there is over 3/4 inch ajustment.
