Absolutely build it with two square stock bars for support then use inch stock for the rack spaced 1 5/16 to catch 1.5 inch rock for your 2.5 inch line. Have shop weld it up and get it powder coated. Did mine in 2006 for $300- for my tk-40 |

Just scrap that TA and buy a new Olin and your problem is solved. There's an old car saying that "if it ain't fast and don't run well, put some chrome on it!"
Ever notice how much chrome those TA pumps come with? |

the t-a will do a rougher mix than my putz and yae iam pissed off, but ball pumps are aniquated so get a slippy tube if you want to survive the business. |

Hey go to a scrap metal recycler and get some 10mm cold rolled screen it works perfect and catches everything so it does not go in your pump and then into your line. I use s screen only if the supplier has given crappy loads in the past and in the winter because you can have frozen aggregate when the loads are batched. However you need a vibrator on your grate to make this work perfectly. |

In a pinch a piece of chain link fence works. |

I used to just buy a chain link gate from Home Depot. 2 bungee cords will hold it in place and it's super light, unlike the one I welded out of rebar. That sucker weighed a ton! I also put a 2x4 on end and the back of my hopper to raise it off the hopper creating a flat surface. |
