Help me if you can  please i am looking for a repair manual for a 1999 mack mr bought used truck and now i need repair manuals .if anyone can let me know of a good place tp look please let me know .I have tried to buy one from Mack but no luck thanks pumpmansp

You can order both the service manual and parts book from your local Mack dealer.  Contact the parts department and supply them with the year,model and Vin#  (located on tag next to the drivers seat) and they will order them for you.  It normally takes a couple of weeks to get them and they used to cost about $300.00.  I would highly recommend purchasing the service manuals to anyone, they are an excellent resource for information.  The parts book really isn't necessary since Mack keeps a record of the build sheet and they ask for the last 6 of the Vin. when you order parts.  But they do show exploded views and the Mack description, and their vernacular differs from the terms normanly used to describe parts needed.
