sandsandand more sand.washed concrete sand, next to cement, is the KEY ingredient in successful concrete pumping. And ALL the guys running line pumps in NJ use 4 pipe and hose to pump big rock pump mixes.steveph 800/421-1244 ext 214 |

I have been pumping in PA/NJ for 19 yrs. Most RMX Materials are crushed stone; some used manufactured sand. We have had no luck using 3 line for 3/4 Rock. I would highly reccomend using 4 for 3/4.Our rule of thumb is:Sand; Cement use 21/2 minus use 33/4 use 4 |
