Above link a video of the line, this pump is only running at half speed, concrete is being pushed about 4 meters from hose end

Those handles are nice, I made one for mine a month ago. Sure saves the back. Only problem I've had is the kinking, wears the hose.

You are right the T-bar with a solid ring does allow for easy handling of the hose, however I have not had a problem of wear at that point,

1 I only use steel braided hose

2 I use the bar to lift the hose, using the pumps pressure, and I do not kick or pinch it at that point.

3 I always replace my hose as soon as I find a soft point, even if the hose is still "good" for a few more cubs / yards.

A TRANSCRETE P90 HP with an 88inch stroke.

Don't need a surge chamber with this pump, you can contact transcrete to get further specs of the systems internals.
