i\'m running an 07 putz with a 20 cell and i\'m noticing a pressure difference between the cylinders. when pumping thru the boom its about a five bar change depending on witch cylinder is discharging, the driver side is lower pressure. saturday i did a line job with 650 feet of 5 inch line and the pressure change was about 25 bar. and when your running at 300 bar it get touchy. has anyone else had this problem or is this typical for a putz. |

we are pouring bridge decks at 500 yards each and trying to get 70 yds an hour in front of a screed that is why the pressure is so high til we get some line off then the pressure drops to 240 bar. |

well first off about 50 yds per hr estimated is about as slow as my truck with a 20 cell will pump if i go any slower on the stroke setting it will stop, an thats what i started the job at with all the system it was at 300 bar. the other thing is i work for a heay highway construction co. we only pump our own jobs and they own the pumps and if they want to pump that way than thats what they get as long as i am not going against safety rules . |
