Kinda looks like an illusion and he's not really over them exactly. Could be wrong tho.

actually looks like hes over the guidewires to me. But its a picture easy to be decieved.

look closely. they are guy wires, go directly to the ground to support pole. pole looks to be a dead end with a transformer on it. without the guy wires, the pole would likely collapse the way the wires at the left side are pulling on it. also, if the wires were high voltage, they would not be going to that building, they would be going to another pole and one cannot be found in the picture. picture is just deceiving, everyone settle down!
