cool work pictures pump,in pic 7 that yellow tip section. Whats all that black coloring ? It looks like the tip was either heat straighted or something like that ? And how long did it take for the "crack test" to be completed ?

pumpaholik I see the reducer is sticky , mine was like that for ages it was driving me crazy I was always cleaning it out greasing it changing rubbers doing everything I could to keep it from grabbing but it just kept sticking , then I got my hands on some polyurathane rubbers . Porblem solved!

 I really like those pumps I would love to see the inside of the hopper and pump cells, looks like a well built pump.
