Anyone ever mounted a sleeper cab on their pump, or have any pictures of a pump that has one?

That is to funny Shortbus I am rolling!!! I needed a good Laugh today!!!

I honestly only remember one in all these years.It was a 28m putz brought to Denver in the 80's I believe.It was mounted on a IH cabover,it was a sleeper cab.I can't for the life of me remember who the company was but they like many other things are history now.

I can see it now; a big-ass Pete with a sleeper under a 28m. The tip hose wouldn't reach the front bumper!!!

That's what I was looking for Bob, A big ass Pete with a huge sleeper.  I'd of figured after all these years someone would have made one for some reason. I think Cross had a few sleepers a long time ago, but don't know how they were configured.  There's a lot of long days throughout the year I'd rather just sleep on the job for the night instead of driving all the way home, a few hours sleep, and back to the job.

They probably made sense for Cross, way back when. They used to do some serious road miles.

my old putz m52 had a bed in the back and a night heater ,it was good to get your head down after 14 hours on site and 4 hour drive home ,but when you wake up in the same clothes  and in need of a shower its not a very nice feeling .thank god it has been sold  ,my new pump wont have a bed so it will be hotels from now on .getting  new pump in two weeks
