Can anyone tell us how to set up and check the pressures on the relief valves mounted on the main pump and on the valve block- we have just had the main pump recon'd to cure a lack of pressure problem and its still the same as before , will make about 200 bar initially then dies away to nothing. cheers |

Maybe your auxiliary pump? Are you having accumulator problems and with your shift cylinder I know i few years back when we rebuilt the main pump on a 2070 Putz shortly after the auxiliary pump gave out causing low accumulator pressure that keeps the shift cylinders from cycling properly if it sounds like the problem get your auxiliary pump checked or the pressure relief solenoid or maybe the suction screen? Good luck... |

Accumalator runs fine , holds and dumps as it should do, main pump will make 200 bar for about 2 seconds then drops back to 100 bar and sits there when at max rpm, have tried adjusting the relief valve on the pump but it makes no difference, also tried the secondary relief valve but same. main rams seals have also been replaced. |
