The picture shows (2) M 42-5 Putzmeister Boom Pumps and (2) TBS-130 Putzmeister Telebelts set up for the start of a 3,000 meter pour.  The dam is being built in Laos, PDR.

There is a third M 42-5 setting up, to the left, to start the pour that is directly above it.

Note that there are no tractors (prime movers) under the TBS Telebelts.  A closer look shows counterweights where the tractors would be.  The site has (3) TBS-130s and (1) TBS-600, but only (2) tractors are set up, with counterweight brackets, for placing.  Using counterweights, they can leave the Telebelts in place for pours while the tractors are being used for other duties.
