When we got our first Putz my batteries were doing about the same thing. One battery would last for about 5 hours but the other would only last for about 20 mins. My company bought a new charger along with 2 new batteries. The charger has a depletion function which with the push of a button it completly drains the battery before recharging it again. Now I can get about 8 hours or so before I have to switch batteries. |

I've heard that there is a setting inside those that controls when the remote detects a low battery and starts beeping. That could be out of adjustment. Do you change your batter when it beeps or actually runs dead? If the setting is wrong it will beep for a really long time before it goes dead. I have the same problem with my o7 but we have determined it is a bunk charger cause I tried charging a dead battery in a charger in another pump and the battery lasted alot longer. |

I operate a 36z and I have only had trouble with my battery if I did not do a complete recharge I always hit the button to drain the battery completly and I have 3 batteries 2 always fully charged and one always in the charger. Or you can do what our mechanic always does when in doubt use a big hammer.....lol |
