Well I dont know about your area, but Denver's concrete company's are not doing vrey well. Thier service and product isn't what it use to be. Certain company's being bought out by major corporation's. Are all of these corporation's screwd up or just blind to what is going on.

Yeah our area does not look like its hurting, but Cemex, the biggest in the area, has switched to pay by load for the drives.  Their service sucks now, and their concrete sucks just the same.  

Pay by the load is a horrible thing.  You end up with an $8.00 an hour guy, driving a 70,000 lb mixer.  Bad idea!!!

So tell me,who's the new guys in town?

 The bad thing about pay by the load is the driver's get into to much of a hurry. Thier driving get's worse, they don't want to wait around to help, if you need a hand. They won't wait to give you water or let you blow your boom back into thier truck. I will say one thing, most of the driver's here liked it after a while and got better about helping out. And I can't name the companys, Many if you don't know call Bone and they will tell you.
