Well after all that i went through last summer. I can testify that i never did that due to respect. ( Can you show the mixer driver where the pump is ? )This message was edited by TheAccumulater on 1-24-06 @ 5:00 PM |

:)what really bugs me is that they keep the hoppers so full that when you stop fast it overflows, or there afraid of it blowing up on them. (gate vavles) us older guys get hot under the collar a little bit then blow it off. what really pisses me off is when they wash off the pump, sure they trying to help but there doing more harm than good i heard on cnn the other day the ten easist jobs in the country were 1) working at mcdonalds and 2) being a ready mix driver. haha |

Try fitting 12in hungry boards to your hopper.Leave a 12in gap in the corner where the r,mix driver stands. As an extra fit a micro switch that sets off a siren at the rear of the pump, this will activate when the excess concrete flows.I have not come across any other option since I first became involved in concrete pumps in 1970.Talking only wastes our time, getting upset only ruins the day.I do not intend to allow someone else to tell me what sort of day to have, life is too short and too precious for thatIt is a sin not to enjoy lifeHave a great day.
