I am having problems with my wireless remote again. This time it is af the remote is in black and white, and it comes and goes as it see fit. I was pumping a wall this afternoon and my main/swing just took off and I nearlly knocked a guy off a wall. I have been pumping concrete for 6yrs and have never knocked anyone off a wall. Anyway I have tried to re-teach my remote and it works sometimes and other times its as if I never tought it anything. Am I not saving it right or not pushing the right button at the right time, any help would be very nice. Feel free to give me a call if needed.....317-874-8095 Justin

I had a tech tell me last week about a similar problem have you changed out any stack valves if so did you change the O rings if they leak things will run by them selfs.

Jason as we talked. Please call Mark S at PMA Radio Repair. 899 890 0269 I will let Mark know you might need a loaner remote. Also ask about a proportional hard wire remote for the future, it is a lot better than the old black and white remote. Please keep me informed as to your progress. If you have issues with functions moving without a joystick function we need to talk further about checking the pins behind the coil. woodsa@putzam.com 360 600 5695

I understand your frustration now (GRRRR) I lost signal all the time toay. Whatever I tried.. nothing helped.. Had to reset about 50 times or more.. (I poored 15m3) At the end I just felt like trowing the remote down from the 5th floor!!!!! The whole day so much irritation..

Whe I came in we found out that the cable to the antenna was cut through at a place where i didn't see it..

before you jump to the big money, have some one watch the pressure gauge on the boom stack while you pump. we had one a while back that wouldn't teach no matter how much you tried, found the boom pressure relief was hanging up from time to time.

A 2003 36 Putz should be a proportional boom. If you are having problems with the boom acting erratically (where some functions are black and white) I would look at your hydraulic oil. The plungers in the HAWE handvalve are prone to sticking. Remove the actuator (the block with the handle) and there with be two plungers with springs behind them that should move freely (on the functions that move black and white the plungers will be stuck closed and must be cleaned). I would filter the oil out into a clean tote, clean the hydraulic tank, replace the hydraulic filters and filter the oil back from the tote to the tank. Always verify that components are working hydraulically before trying to change things electrically!
