Has any body heard of return filters breaking in the hydro tank and all the plastic going threw the sytem. The pieces get caught up in the block and plays havic on the machine. If you know about this problem there is no need to mention names ok!! just wondering what the fix is and if there is any updates for this problem. |

The filter gets blocked and blows the bottom out of it- change the oil on the machine as it will be contaminated . |

Take out hydraulic oil. Change the out going filter. Clean the hydraulic tank. |

Schwing I take it? This normally happens when pressure spikes,ie plug.Ever watch the pressure hose on the diffs when you plug? That pressure has to go somewhere, lookout filter here I come. Part of a good maint program includes annual cleaning of tank, changing of oil. It's also recommended that you use a filter cart on evey 300 service. If you do change oil a little thought lint free rags and triple check nothing gets left in tank,ie rags. One would be supprised at what metal is in there, mostly normal wear. |

If it has a soft switch, make sure the quarter turn is perpendicular to the truck, not parallel. Causes pressure spikes all day long like many was talking about. |
