I think Karl had the money to buy a Rolex or more expensive watch even before He sold His Company . He had one nice watch when I meet Him in Aichtal the last time We visit the Putzmeister Academy . And then He "only" had Euros not Yen to buy a watch . He has a memory like an Elephant , when I meet Him the first time I run a Schwing (He said that they are good pumps but not as god as Putz!) and when I meet Him 4 years later He say , You are the Schwing guy from Sweden . But then I had a Putz 46 , and He personaly gave Me a model of the 46-5 and some elephants for the kids .

He may have a good memory, but some people are  just unforgetable too.  I think you would only blend in in a biker rally!! Laughing

Hi Vasa.  Yeah, out of pumping - I'm quite sure I'll never return to it.  I liked it, but it was not to be...

I spent the summer on a paving crew, but was looking for something for when that season ran out and landed a job driving a tri-drive winch truck in the oil field.  It's a Kenworth W900 with a 30 ton winch.  The oil patch around has been going strong, but they went so hard at it that the planned winter program is nearly complete already, a couple drilling rigs have moved on, but we also move supplies and equipment for the service rigs.

I try to check out the websites on a daily basis.
