Are you run a Schwing? You know how much it takes to keep tip clamp easy to swivel! Now if you run a Putz! you know how much easyer it is with a snap on clamp over a 10m Allen. I have made a adapter for any one that runs a Schwing clamp ! Now can use a Putz clamp. There $60 each free shipping in USA $50 each for orders more then 3. |

Bolt on for me . You putz guys are lazy. I can change out a tip gasket in less than 5 min. with the bolt on. |

The greese nippels on the putzclamp are a fail.. Pushing greese in on the outside of the gasket only works against you. The rubber is always standing stil inside the clamp, Pushing greese in there will only make it tighter. The greese dries out and just sits there. The clamp with the bolts also has its advantages.. |

Just buy longer allen bolts. Easy to change the gasket then |

I think its funny with these kind of battles between Schwing and Putz.. I really think both brands make very good products.. The best.. I work a lot ith Putz and always feel confident because of the quality level. But I also feel that way with Schwing. The only difference is Putz is always bragging so much.. Always kind of thinking they are the best etc.. Schwing you don't hear.. They just do their job and they do it good. Hope they keep it that way... |
