I see the redimix truck there but were you actually pumping or sucking the water out. I have sucked quite a few tanks before. Looks like that is what you were doing.

it was only about 350 yds of concrete, the contractor was calling it a trimmie pour, minus the trimmie pipe. we were sealing off the bottom so the tide water would stop flooding the hole. i wish they had ordered a trimmie cause my hose kept floating no matter how far i stuck my boom down in the mudd, oh well

Two pumps for only 350yard unther water concrete looks to me like a little bit overkill

Who cares if it was overkill.... It was overkill on the contractors part and I'm sure they paid for it. If that's what they want that's what you give them. I'm sure they had some sort of reason for it.

Ok it’s the customers call. But if the customer not really knows what he is dealing whit, overselling looks around the corner. And overselling can loose you a customer. And looking at the pics they didn’t do this often.

The project I work on we have back-up pumps for the back-up pump even though we have never had a break down in over 3 years (knock on wood). Maybe that was kind of the case here. Maybe to get a good solid seal on the bottom they had to make sure it was done all at once and if a pump went down it could jeapordize that? If Mr. Highrise would like to explain it to you than more power to him. If not just sit back and enjoy the pictures. Thanks for the great pics Mr. Highrise.

I'd like to see some 'after' pictures when it's dewatered.
