That is a very cloudy version of a partial truth. It sounds like a 1/8 th truth.

Well here is the deal.  People were sending in pictures of pumps that turned over or broke. After much thought and debate among industry people that I respect I decided to post the pictures. Most everyone thanked me. In fact many operators lounges still have those pictures up today. Not many people have seen a 52 meter pump on its side. It is a very sobering picture. Many operators carry the pictures with them in there pumps and show them to contractors saying, see this picture, if I do what you want this is what is going to happen. Many operators have told me that they believe that these pictures have given them reason not to push the edge. Now these pictures were of REED’s Alliance, Concord, Putz and Scwhing. Scwhing and Putz were the only two that told me to take the pictures down. I explained how much good it is doing in our industry and that most operators do not understand how easy it is to turn over a pump and when they see it they think twice.

I love this site and the operators who come to this site. Some times this is the only place they can go to learn about things. We touch on topics that the big two want to ignore and I think that is a same. Knowledge and understanding will save lives. I would rather have no support from them than be told what I can do and not do. I recommend that people buy from the guys who support this site and I do everything I can to promote those who do.
