i worked for dave in AZ and he is the most stright up manager ive ever been with.so if dave says it is so then it is so he has always taken care of the guys that take care of him no questions asked so if any operators r looking to make a move he would be your best bet .Bill and Charlie Cross teamed up with Dave tinkle that would be a oppertunity that operators should take advantage of i mean hell id follow Dave anywhere he needed me cause i know hed be there if we needed him.so if u wanna go there trust me Dave will make sure it is worth your while.hes a good man and a great manager.
